Stephen is also a qualified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®)” practitioner and has extensive experience in MBTI® based team and individual coaching.

Stephen earned his Master's and Doctoral degrees from Luther Seminary, where his Doctoral work focused on organizational dynamics and development, with particular concentration on motivating and developing people for renewed faith and involvement. In addition to his work as an Organizational Development consultant, he currently serves as Pastor at Ascension Lutheran Church, in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA.
